So, this was inspired by =takamo when we were talking 
THIS IS BILL NYE THE SCIENCE GHOUL, BILL, BILL, BILL, BILL!!!
I started and finished this in about 2 to 3 hours, so you could even consider it a speed paint. I know he doesn't look much like himself, but without his nose he's not as recognizable :/
I didn't make his suit dirty because its 12:03am and I have school in the morning. D:
Fallout, ghouls and Bill Nye don't belong to me. The idea of him ghouled kind of does, but if I'm not the the first person to do this, I'm going to be really surprised XD

so he DID survive the Great War! awesome! hope I can meet him once I make it to The Commonwealth! (only true Fallout fans will get the comment!)
